End user and technical training

The blueKiwi Professional Services team offers both end user and technical training courses in order for our customers to maximise the value of their investment.  Training is provided in blueKiwi facilities, at your own site, or via web conference sessions.

Functional Course Technical Course
The functional course is for all end users and focuses on the features and functions of blueKiwi. We provide a comprehensive product overview and practical hands-on sessions in a short space of time (1/2 day for an end user, additional 1/2 day for a community administrator.) The technical course is or IT people who need to set up and manage on-premise installations. This course focuses on the infrastructure, installation, integration and customisation of blueKiwi, and can take 1-2 days depending on requirements.
Implementation Course Enterprise 2.0 Course
This course focuses on the blueKiwi implementation methodology. We focus on the launch process of a community and the way to ensure that it reaches critical mass and remains lively and productive over time. This course is aimed at organisations that want to learn more about the impact of collaborative tools and professional social networks on their way of working. It includes some theory, but mostly practical advice based on our experience with building communities.
