Solution

Fifty percent of SO'xperts’ customers have deployed the blueKiwi enterprise social network. New customers are offered blueKiwi at the start of new engagements. Customers use blueKiwi as they wish with their own groups and their own subjects.

Groups are created according to customer and are organized:
  • By marketing projects (product launch, marketing/communications, budgets)
  • By communities, internal or external (top management, marketing / communications, product marketing, agencies, customers of the customers)
Within these groups, SO'xperts consultants follow projects, participate in conversations, initiate ideas, inform and gather information, and integrate seamlessly with customers' internal teams. All information and documents that are exchanged, shared and used are stored and are easily accessible via the blueKiwi platform, even after the assignment is completed. This is an important asset for customers who value continuity and confidentiality.
In order to monitor multiple clients at once and gain an overview of main topics of conversation, SO'xperts created a summary scoreboard which includes all relevant RSS feeds.
