blueKiwi 2009 implemented to each SO’xperts’ Customers.

50% of SO'xperts’ customers have deployed blueKiwi enterprise social network. To be able to accept new missions, the company now offers new customers to adopt this new platform.
Each customer uses blueKiwi as he wishes with his own groups, his own subjects, and some are inaccessible to SO'xperts as considered confidential by the customer. However, SO'xperts consultants conduct marketing groups directly from the platform of the social network of the company.

These groups are created according to needs and context of the mission and are organized:

  • By marketing projects (product launch, marketing planning, communications, budgets ...)
  • By communities, internal or external (top management, marketing / communications, product marketing, agencies, customers of the customers...).
Within these groups, SO'xperts consultants following projects, participate in conversations, initiate ideas, inform and take information ... and integrate seamlessly with customers' internal teams.
All information and documents exchanged, shared and used is accessibly stored by blueKiwi platform, even after the mission is completed. This is an important asset for customers who see a pledge of continuity and confidentiality.
In order to monitor multiple clients at once and have an overview of the main topics SO'xperts has created a summary scoreboard which recovered all major important RSS feeds.
blueKiwi, in addition to being the new marketing backbone of SO'xperts’ customers, also enables marketers to understand the strategic potential of the new media that the enterprise social network is, for their own organization.
